Equipment Overview

・Air conditioners: 2 units each on the 2nd and 3rd floors
・65-inch TV: 1 in the living room on the 2nd floor
・Sharp air purifier and humidifier: one in the living room and the other one is in the study room.
・Humidifier: 1 each in the bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floor for two in total.
・Wifi coverage : entire building
・Kitchen appliances: refrigerator, microwave, oven, IH stove, electric pot, and electric kettle
・Cooking supplies: cooking utensils, tableware, seasonings (cooking oil, salt, soy sauce, pepper)
・Hair dryer: 1 near the sink on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floor.
・There are blankets in the cabinets in each room.
・Bedding: for environmental consideration, we will only add new bedding sets if your stay exceeds 3 days.
・Washing machine: 1 on the bathroom of 2nd floor
・2 electric clothes drying racks
・Clothes hangers, and clothes drying racks are available.
・Dishwasher: 1 on the kitchen of 2nd floor

・Slippers: 1 pair per person (installed at the entrance on the 1st floor)
・Toothbrush set: 1 set per person (located in the cabinet next to the sink on the 2nd and 3rd floors)
・Face towel/bath towel: 1 set per person ((placed in the bedroom)
・Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner: located in the shower room and bathroom
・Laundry detergent: in the bathroom on the second floor
・First aid kit: in the upper cupboard of the kitchen on the second floor
・Dish detergent and hand soap available

Wi-Fi

・Indoors (inside the house): unlimited high speed Wi-Fi in the whole building

Bathroom

・Full bathroom with bathtub on the second floor and a shower room on the 3rd floor.
・The automatic hot water replenishment and temperature have been set, please do not change it.

・Please be careful not to let hot water overflow from the bathtub.

Toilet

・Toilet 2 locations on 2nd floor, 1 location on 3rd floor
・With cleaning shower and toilet seat heating function

Environmental Cleanliness

・Basically, we will clean and disinfect the room before check-in.
・Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean environment during their stay.

・We have a Dyson brand sweeper that is easy and convenient for you to use.

・There are classified trash cans in the kitchen. Please be sure to throw classified garbage into the trash cans.

・If there is excessive garbage, please put it in the warehouse next to the entrance on the first floor.

Indoor elevator

・Indoor elevators can accommodate up to 3 people or 200 kg. Please do not exceed the weight.
・Please also be environmentally responsible and take our stairs with handrails. Exercising up and down stairs is good for your health.
